  • What is SuiteWorld?

    SuiteWorld is our largest user conference designed specifically for NetSuite customers, partners and developers. SuiteWorld 2014 is once again in San Jose May 12-15, bringing together the full strength of the NetSuite Nation ecosystem to learn and explore, network face to face, and to shape the next evolution of cloud computing services.

  • What are the conference dates for SuiteWorld 2014?

    The conference kicks off on Monday, May 12th at 5:00 pm and ends on Thursday, May 15 at 4:00 pm. Pre-Conference Training workshops are available at an additional cost of $1,595 on Sunday, May 11th and Monday, May 12th from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

  • How many attendees do you expect this year?

    NetSuite expects about 6,000 attendees at SuiteWorld 2014.

  • Is there a group rate if my company is sending more than one person?

    Yes, if you register more than 4 people from your company, the rate is $995 per person for the Standard Group Rate. To register, go to the registration page and click the group registration link. This rate expires on April 30, 2014 at 11:59 pm PT.

  • What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?

    The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Purchase Orders. Payments made by purchase orders are accepted until April 11, 2014 for fees totaling $5,000 or more. Full payment must be received by April 25, 2014. Those attendees who have not submitted full payment prior to their arrival at the conference will be charged the onsite rate and be required to submit full payment onsite to gain access to the conference.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    To cancel or substitute your registration, you must notify the SuiteWorld 2014 team via email: Cancellation requests made prior to April 30, 2014, will result in a refund of 100%, less a processing fee of $100. Cancellation requests received on or after May 1, 2014, are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If you don’t attend and don’t notify us, you will be charged the full conference fee.

Pre-Conference Training

  • How do I register for Pre-Conference Training or edit my choice of training class?

    Pre-Conference Training workshops are available at an additional cost of $1,595 (early bird rate $1,295) on Sunday, May 11th and Monday, May 12th from 8:00 am-5:00 pm and can be added when you register for SuiteWorld. You can add pre-conference training at a later date or change your session topic by going to My SuiteWorld. You will need the username and password that you created during Registration.

    Note: You cannot sign up for these workshops unless you are a full conference attendee. All classes are two days from Sunday - Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm each day.


  • Where do I find information on the agenda?

  • Can I go to any of these sessions and mix tracks on the agenda?

    Yes! You are welcome to mix and match any of the sessions to fit your agenda (with the exception of the Partner only sessions). You can download the sessions abstracts here.

  • How do I submit a session topic to be a considered speaker at SuiteWorld?

    SuiteWorld 2014 Call for Speakers is now closed! Thank you to everyone who submitted ideas.

  • How do I register or edit my SuiteGuru session?

    During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register for a SuiteGuru Session for free. If you have already registered and want to change your session topic go to My SuiteWorld click to edit your registration information and go into Attendee Profile to select or modify your SuiteGuru session. Note that you can only register for one session – first come, first served.

  • How can I book a hotel room?

    You can book your hotel rooms through the registration process. If you have already registered and would like to book a hotel room you can do so by logging into My SuiteWorld.

  • Is there a phone number I can call to register for a hotel room?

    No. At this time, reservations are only available online.

  • What is the deadline for making hotel reservations?

    To take advantage of these hotel room rates during SuiteWorld, you must book by the dates below:

  • What is the hotel cancellation policy?

    Room cancellation policy is 72 hours from arrival date reserved.

  • I declined a hotel room during registration, but now I've changed my mind.

    Please log into My SuiteWorld site. Use the username and password you created when you registered. Once logged in, select the “Reserve Hotel” button. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is complete.


  • What do I need to bring with me to check in at SuiteWorld?

    Please be prepared to show a photo ID to pick up your conference name badge.

  • I lost my badge, what do I do?

    Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $50 re-stocking fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.

  • Can I bring a guest?

    At this time, NetSuite does not allow guests at any of the conference related activities without a badge.

  • What is the attire for the conference?

    Business casual is suggested.

  • What is the weather like in San Jose in May?

    Weather in San Jose is usually warm but it’s always a good idea to dress in layers. Meeting rooms will be cool.
